These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kb8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kb8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the kb8 platform.
1. Eligibility
Access to and use of the kb8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. kb8 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, wager, or use any service on the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming are not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
- You are not a current or former employee, director, agent, or supplier of kb8, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or banned from the kb8 platform under a prior account.
Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited. kb8 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle to verify a player's age. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.
2. Account Registration
To access the full range of kb8 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to registration and ongoing account use:
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active kb8 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether sequentially or simultaneously — is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances being voided.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Account credentials: You are solely responsible for choosing a secure password and keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password, or access credentials with any other person.
- Notification of changes: You must promptly update your account information if any of your personal details change. kb8 is not responsible for losses that occur because the Platform holds outdated contact or payment information for your account.
- Verification: kb8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued ID and proof of address — to verify your identity at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
kb8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
3.1 Deposits
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kb8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. These limits may be adjusted by kb8 at any time.
- Deposits are credited to your kb8 wallet following confirmation from the payment provider. kb8 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
- kb8 does not charge any fees on standard deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
3.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by kb8's payments team.
- A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your account. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
- Before any withdrawal can be processed, kb8 may require identity verification documents. Providing these documents promptly will prevent unnecessary processing delays.
- kb8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. In practice, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are frequently completed same-day during business hours.
- Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before any portion of the balance derived from bonus activity can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.
- kb8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud review, or responsible gaming checks.
Currency note: All monetary amounts on kb8 are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If your bKash or Nagad account is in BDT, no currency conversion is applied. kb8 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
kb8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple and eligible games will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
- Eligibility: Most bonuses are available to verified players only. Players who have self-excluded or are under a cooling-off period are not eligible for bonus offers during that period.
- One bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated, kb8 bonuses cannot be stacked or claimed simultaneously. You must complete or forfeit one active bonus before claiming another.
- Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, exploiting referral systems, or any coordinated strategy to extract value from bonus offers without genuine wagering activity constitutes bonus abuse. kb8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts in such cases.
- Expiry: All bonus funds have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the account without compensation.
- Right to modify or withdraw: kb8 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already claimed by eligible players prior to the change.
5. Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on kb8, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other available markets:
- Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by kb8. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. kb8 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.
- Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds applicable to your bet.
- Void bets: kb8 reserves the right to void bets where a market is suspended, where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error, or where the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play to determine a result.
- In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted based on data feeds from third-party providers. kb8 is not responsible for errors or delays in the data feeds used for in-play pricing. Bets placed during a known score or result will be voided.
- Maximum payout: kb8 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. Bets that would exceed the maximum payout will be reduced or declined accordingly.
- Match integrity: Any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption may be voided at kb8's discretion.
6. Casino and Game Rules
All casino games available on kb8 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and arcade titles — are governed by the following conditions:
- Game outcomes: Slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software supplied by licensed third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. kb8 does not alter, override, or interfere with game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kb8 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to support and will be voided pending review.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or sharing inside information to gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
- Using kb8 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine wagering activity.
- Attempting to access kb8 while subject to a self-exclusion, ban, or cooling-off period — whether self-imposed or imposed by kb8.
- Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the kb8 platform.
8. Privacy and Data
kb8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

- Decisions made in reliance on information, statistics, or data provided on the kb8 platform.
In all cases, kb8's maximum liability to any player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
